Is your sales attitude losing you sales?

It won’t surprise you to hear that I take a lot of sales calls when I’m in the office, and the one thing that never fails to amaze me is the number of sales calls I receive where the person trying to win me as a customer puts me off of working with them within seconds because of their attitude.

Having a poor sales attitude can be the most counter productive thing you can do in sales, It’s not big, it’s certainly not clever and more importantly customers won’t stand for it.
